Oscars Red Carpet Review : All Gowns-No Gasps!

Everyone was waiting for the award season to come just because of the Oscars and the big event is finally here! The Oscars red carpet is one place you will see all the Hollywood stars and hottest celebrities in their best looks and you will always find some unforgettable fashion moments from an event like this. However there was something a little different about this year’s Oscars red carpet, while there are usually some talks about the types of dresses worn or some sort of plunging neckline or high slit to gasp over, this year they all played it very safe. At the 2017 Oscars red carpet, stars were also seen mixing high fashion with some advocacy. Many of them were spotted wearing blue ribbons supporting the American Civil Liberties Union. To name a few that were seen displaying the ribbon are Ruth Negga, Lin-Manuel Miranda and Barry Jenkins who realised he had lost his in the middle of the red carpet.
