Kerry Washington who is always everyones favourite on the red carpet, showed off her huge baby bump in a black custom Brandon Maxwell strapless gown with daring cutouts and her hair long, loose and curly. “She was dressing for two and got the proportions just right,” said Rickie De Sole, fashion market director for W magazine.”It was sexy but not overtly sexy. That’s why she’s so successful on the red carpet. It was unexpected and fun,” De Sole added.

This black-and-white Oscar de la Renta gown on Michelle Dockery looked beautiful and it was a smart move to wear a belt over the gown to add shape amidst so many layers.

A floor-sweeping Gucci red dress that doesn’t just blend into the red carpet was worn by Hari Nef and it looked like a piece of art.

Sarah Hyland wore a very bold look, black cigarette pants with a white embroidered floral strapless top with a split train from Monique Lhuillier. Hyland’s gown had an icicle motif and she celebrated her curves as she spoke about the importance of body positivity. “Everybody’s bodies are beautiful,” she said.

Kathryn Hahn was on trend with her velvet look, in emerald green velvet with a deep V-neck and metallic lace detailing. “I chose it because I just love, like, no bra, just kind of after two children, just a saggy boob in the heat,” Hahn joked. “That’s what kind of sold it for me. I thought it had a bit of a Scarlett O’Hara, whipped-it-up-with-the-curtains kind of feel.

The cast of Game of Thrones was obviously the most talked about this year and Maisie Williams wore this half-floral tea dress giving off a badass vibe.

Long-sleeve gowns always works on the red carpet and this year Naeem Khan designed a metallic-silver version for Padma Lakshmi and she looked stunning!
