Lady Gaga Super Bowl Look Was A Glittery And Epic Tribute

First of all a big congratulations to team Patriots on their Super Bowl win! As we mentioned on our last post, this year’s halftime performance was by Lady Gaga and it was everything we were expecting it to be. Lady Gaga Super Bowl halftime show was just as theatrical and fabulous as fans hoped it would be. It wasn’t just the pop artist’s drama that made the show memorable, it was also her attire. Lady Gaga and Donatella Versace have a very close relationship and this was reflected on the stage during her performance where she wore some custom-made, bedazzled leotards by Versace. Fashion definitely was stealing some of the limelight from the Patriots and the Falcons with Donatella Versace taking plenty of pictures and selfies from her seat. She wasn’t only there for fun and football, she made the Lady Gaga Super Bowl performance outfits.

Lady Gaga Super Bowl outfits have been making the rounds on the internet and why wouldn’t they, it’s always important to discuss what she wears. She started the performance in a long-sleeved, purple leotard with matching boots, both with Swarovski crystal accents and fishnet tights. She opened with “Poker Face,” “Born This Way” and “Telephone” in this all purple look.

For her next song “Just Dance,” she put on a cropped blingy gold jacket fully embroidered with crystals with exaggerated spiked shoulders and then took it off for the piano version of “Million Reasons.”

For her last change she wore a pair of fully embroidered hot pants and cropped sculptural white jacket that had some metallic hardware details.

As we mentioned it seems like Lady Gaga’s Super Bowl outfit resembled David Bowie’s look and was a tribute to him. She definitely admired him as last year she honoured the artist at the Grammy’s right after his tragic death. The show was truly spectacular with Gaga’s beautiful strong voice, amazing choreography and a whole lot of Versace sparkle.
